Dr. Godfrey’s expertise lies in applied climatology of severe weather events, especially tornadoes and extreme rainfall. She has extensive experience studying the retention of women and minorities in the geosciences and numerous interdisciplinary research projects bridging the social and atmospheric sciences and she excels in ideation.

Bio: Wolfe is an expert in medicinal chemistry and drug design who specializes in antibiotic discovery and development. Her work, performed in collaboration with her undergraduate research students, contributes to the global scientific effort to develop new antibiotics to treat multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections that are prevalent in hospital settings.
